Look up intent for one identifier

Resolve a single email to its intent topics. The per-row call for
scoring contacts you already have. An unmatched or malformed identifier
returns matched: false with an empty topics array, never an error.

When true, the request is fully resolved and the exact billable quantity is returned as a cost preview (records_to_charge), but nothing is billed and no results (topics or records) are returned. Use it to preview cost before a live call. Default false.
