Returns the suppression notices sent to your organization, newest first. Each notice lists people who opted out since the previous notice. You must stop using the data of those people. Process each notice within 10 business days of receiving it.

The organization comes from the API key. A key bound to one project reads the notices of its organization, because a notice goes to the whole organization. A week with no new opt-outs produces no notice. This endpoint is read-only and never metered.
