Returns the audiences whose conditions reference this one. A persona or account audience is referenced this way. These are the audiences that make a delete return 409, and the ones a forced delete rewrites. This call changes nothing and bills nothing.

Each entry has the dependent's audience_id and name. Dependents are listed in the same project only. The list is empty when nothing references the audience.
