Creates a new intents audience of people who research what the people in a seed audience research.
Delivr measures which intent topics the seed audience concentrates in on one archived day. This is the same measurement as GET /api/v1/signals/audiences/{id}/topics. It picks up to 10 topics with a significant lift, strongest first, and skips the topics that define the seed. It then creates an audience of high-intent people in those topics.
The seed must be an audience of people. A company audience answers 200 with supported: false.
Billing. An API key is billed one Predictive Signals unit per selected topic, and only when the audience is created. Nothing is billed for a 200 that creates nothing. Downloading the new audience bills as any other audience does.
Retries. Send an Idempotency-Key header. A retry with the same key and body returns the same audience instead of creating a second one. The same key with a different body returns 409.
Nothing created. These cases answer 200 with created: false and a reason: the seed has no membership index yet (preparing: true when Delivr starts building it, so retry later), no topic stands out on that day, or the feature is not available. Read supported, preparing, and reason.
A test API key gets the topics and the audience that would be created, with created: false and the header X-Delivr-Mode: test. Nothing is written or billed.
