Replace a creative. The call replaces the whole creative, so send every field: a field you leave out is cleared, including metadata, ad_domains and mime. To change one field, read the creative with Get campaign creative, copy only these fields into the request, change the one you need, and send them all: type, name, status, file_id, destination_url, ad_domains, mime and metadata. Do not send the whole response back: the request refuses any other field, such as id, with 400. A blank status keeps the current status. The creative stays on its campaign.

Needs the campaigns:write scope, like every campaign write.

An active or paused creative on a launched campaign is re-sent to DelivrDSP, which reviews it again. An archived creative cannot be changed.
