Stop a live campaign serving. Send no body.
Needs the campaigns:write scope, like every campaign write.
The change is made at DelivrDSP first and stored only once DelivrDSP accepts it. Pausing a paused campaign changes nothing. A campaign that has not started serving answers 409: launch switches it on, so pause it once it is live, or give it a later start date.
