Campaign ID (UUID).

Start of the window today_spend covers, an RFC 3339 time, sent with today_end. Send your own local midnight to read today in your time zone. When both are omitted, today is the current UTC day. Spend is kept by the hour, so an hour counts toward the window it starts in.

End of the window today_spend covers, excluded: an RFC 3339 time after today_start, sent with it.

Invalid ID format, or today_start and today_end not sent together as RFC 3339 times with the end after the start.

Missing or invalid authentication.
