Pages the people in one signals state of an intents or persona audience, ordered by hashed email, with CCPA opt-outs removed. Use it to get the people behind the counts on the overview.
Only intents and persona audiences have member lists. Any other audience returns 400.
Billing. An API-key caller is billed one predictive_signal unit per member returned. A retried page is billed once. The dashboard view is not billed: pages are capped at 50 and each hashed email is masked to its first 8 characters.
Paging. day defaults to the latest signals day. Pass next_cursor back as cursor to fetch the next page; the cursor keeps its day and resumes after the last member returned. next_cursor is absent on the last page. When the audience has no signals day yet, the page is empty.
