https://api.delivr.ai/api/v1/whoami
Returns the organization the API key belongs to and the projects under
it. A successful 200 confirms the key is valid; the payload also lets a
caller discover the scope ids the key can use on other endpoints. No
request parameters are needed — scope comes from the key.
