Set the tracker URLs every creative on the campaign inherits, field by field, unless the creative sets its own.
Needs the campaigns:write scope, like every campaign write.
The call replaces every tracker default, so send them all: a field you leave out, or send empty, is cleared. To change one field, read the current defaults from metadata.trackerDefaults in Get campaign, change that field, and send the whole object back. Every creative the campaign sends to DelivrDSP is re-sent with the new trackers; resynced says how many. Delivr's own impression pixel is added to every creative for you and cannot be set here.
