Set the domains a campaign serves on (include) or never serves on (exclude). The list replaces the campaign's previous one.
Needs the campaigns:write scope, like every campaign write.
On a draft the list is kept and applied at launch. On a launched campaign it is applied at DelivrDSP first and stored only once DelivrDSP accepts it.
